This notice applies to BASKET at basketlaunch.fun. Mainnet transactions use SOL and may result in permanent losses.

Using BASKET
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the service where you live. Do not use the service to evade sanctions or restrictions, commit fraud, manipulate markets, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious content, or interfere with other users or infrastructure. Access to the interface may be restricted to protect users or comply with applicable law.
Accounts and authority
Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. Signing a wallet message proves control of that wallet; it is not an identity check or proof that an asset is legitimate. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Your wallet and transactions
Privy provides BASKET's default self-custodial embedded wallet; external wallets remain available. Privy can sign the exact transaction you request from BASKET without a separate extension prompt, but your explicit Create, Buy, Sell or Claim action is still the approval. BASKET never receives your embedded-wallet private key and never asks for a seed phrase or private key. Verify the network, token addresses, recipient, quoted amounts, fees and slippage before acting. A profile remains linked to one public wallet address; an external fallback must control that address to act for the profile. A submitted blockchain transaction may be irreversible. Keep transaction receipts when confirmation is uncertain; do not submit duplicates.
Token and liquidity risks
Tokens can lose all value. A basket does not guarantee diversification, liquidity or profit. Underlying venues may pause, upgrade, migrate or become illiquid. Smart contracts, Privy, external wallet software, RPC providers and the website can fail or reach service limits. Quotes can expire and execution can be unavailable. On-chain pause and upgrade authorities are disclosed on the transparency page; their existence means the system is not free of administrative control.
Execution, cancellations and recovery
Creating a basket requires a successful first purchase. Uploads may become public before a purchase succeeds. A quote is an estimate with an expiry and execution limits, not a promise that liquidity will remain available. Failed transactions can still incur network fees. BASKET cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transfer. This technical limitation does not remove any statutory refund or other remedy you may have against a responsible party.
No investment advice or guarantees
Information, rankings and charts are for information only, not personalised investment, legal or tax advice, an endorsement, or a promise of returns. BASKET does not promise continuous availability, error-free software or that a token is suitable for you. You are responsible for decisions and applicable reporting obligations.
Fees
Basket transactions charge 1%: 0.70% platform fees and 0.30% allocated between creator fees and trader cashback according to the basket’s fixed terms. Supported standalone coin trades charge a 1% platform fee. Underlying venue fees, network fees and account rent are additional. Claims require a wallet signature and network fees. Public uploads and intellectual property
Only upload material you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in uploaded material and grant BASKET a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, format and display it solely to operate and present the service, including through hosting providers and distributed storage. This permission does not grant ownership of your material or permission to use it for unrelated endorsements. Token artwork and metadata are published to IPFS and referenced on-chain; third parties may retain copies indefinitely. Removing content from the interface does not erase blockchain records or distributed copies. Third-party names and logos identify integrations and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Reports, complaints and takedowns
For suspected fraud, infringement, illegal content or privacy requests, email [email protected]. Include the affected URL or token address, the concern, supporting information and a contact address. For copyright reports, also identify the protected work and your authority to act. Do not send wallet secrets. You can also DM BASKET on X for support.
Moderation and service restrictions
BASKET may remove content from its interface or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful content, fraud, security incidents, material breaches of these terms or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally permitted, affected users may request reasons and reconsideration using the contact below. Urgent protective measures may precede notice. Interface restrictions do not give BASKET possession of your private keys and do not erase public chain records.
Third-party services and availability
Privy, external wallets, venues, RPC providers, explorers and token creators operate under their own terms. Links, rankings and integration logos are not assurances about their conduct. Maintenance, plan or usage limits, chain congestion, outages and circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt access. BASKET will not be responsible for failures attributable solely to those circumstances to the extent permitted by law; this does not excuse its own obligations or conduct for which liability cannot be excluded.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and BASKET seeks to exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable protections for consumers, fraud, intentional misconduct, or other mandatory rights. These provisions do not transfer all risk away from the operator and are not a substitute for appropriate security and legal obligations.
Claims arising from misuse
You remain responsible under applicable law for harm caused by your fraud, unlawful conduct or infringement of third-party rights. If you use BASKET in a business capacity, and only to the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse reasonable, documented third-party losses and defence costs directly caused by your material unlawful misuse or infringement. This does not cover losses caused by BASKET’s own fault, impose a consumer indemnity, or permit a settlement binding you without your consent. Any defence must allow reasonable notice and participation.
Complaints and disputes
Contact [email protected] with a description of the issue and relevant public transaction identifiers. We will review complaints and seek an appropriate resolution. Contacting support is not a prerequisite to exercising a legal remedy. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, waive collective remedies, shorten statutory limitation periods or deprive consumers of mandatory court rights.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy notice describes data use and optional analytics. Material changes will be dated here. Changes to website terms cannot retroactively alter confirmed transactions or fixed basket terms. No jurisdiction, arbitration clause or legal entity is asserted until the operator details are verified.
Where reasonably practicable, material changes to the service or these terms will be announced in advance with an explanation. You may stop using the service. A change does not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, it does not expand the remaining provisions beyond what applicable law permits. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it permanently.
